Check-in cannot be guaranteed until 4pm on the day of your arrival however, rooms are usually ready much earlier.

Yes have limited car parking spaces on-site – first come, first serve. 

If these spaces are occupied, we have another car park located 200 yards away – at an extra nightly charge.

No, we do not have an electric vehicle charging point at this time, although it is something we are looking into.

Yes, we provide tea and coffee making facilities in all rooms.

No, we do not provide fridges in the hotel rooms however, we do provide a fridge in our self catering suites.

Yes, we provide hairdryers in all rooms.

Yes, you can request an iron and ironing board from reception.

We welcome well-behaved and trained dogs. Check our full T&Cs or get in touch prior to booking.

Select the ‘Dog’ add-on when booking online. We reserve the right to refuse your booking if the terms and conditions are not met.

No, we don’t have a swimming pool.

Yes, we have free unlimited Wi-Fi available in all areas and rooms.

We have a FTTP (fibre to the premises) connection which means a superfast ‘ping’ or low latency. Each device is allocated 15mbps download and 3mbps upload speed; perfect for browsing, streaming and light gaming.

Double beds = 4ft 6in.

Single beds in Twin Rooms = 3ft

Single beds in Family Rooms = 3ft or 2ft 6in.

We do not served any cooked meals at the hotel; we only offer a light continental breakfast in the morning.

You are welcome to book cooked meals at our sister hotel – Sandringham Hotel – located next door, at discounted rates.

The Isle of Wight is part of the UK so you do not require your passport however, we are sometimes required to see some photographic ID for check-in purposes.

No, the Isle of Wight has the same three pin outlets as the rest of the UK.

We are a seasonal hotel, meaning we are open from May to September, only.

Your reservation may have been transferred to our sister hotel – the Sandringham – if you have booked to stay with us out of season. Don’t worry, the Sandringham is located next door and has an indoor swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna and on-site restaurant.
